Sherrie & Percy came to us with a tricky site, 330m² & only 10m wide with a 6m boundary wall towering over the back of the site.

Mad boaties, they liked the outdoors & ability to come & go, they wanted that freedom & sanctuary in their house design too.

The budget allowed for a single story only, but still had to meet the expectations of the exclusive street… The Challenor challenge!!

What we designed was something special, an award winning, open plan, secluded home, adored by the homeowners & judges.

The stylish entry gatehouse guides you down a tropical boardwalk, past the self-contained bedroom unit, before spilling out into the open outdoor living space, BBQ deck & swimming pool addressing the kitchen & lounge room adjacent.

A complete living space all in one secure, yet seemingly endless oasis. Beyond that stretched the master suite & essentials of the home cleverly thrust back against the imposing boundary wall that you could no longer see.

Bold material selections completed the home, earning North West Builders the award for HIA Kimberley Home 2015
